1. The game

CHAOS is a party game for adults (18+). One purchase unlocks hosting; guests always join free. By using CHAOS you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Play responsibly

Alcohol is never required. Every consequence includes a sober option, and hosts can disable alcohol content entirely. If you choose to drink, drink responsibly and follow the laws where you are. Never drink and drive. CHAOS and its creators are not responsible for the choices players make while playing.

3. Purchases

The host unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. It unlocks hosting on your account/store profile and can be restored on other devices via the store's restore mechanism or an optional email sign-in. Gift codes are single-use and cannot be resold.

4. Conduct

You're responsible for what you draw, type, and do in a room. Don't use CHAOS to harass, harm, or record people without consent. Hosts can skip or replace any prompt, and players can always decline a dare (sober options are built in).

5. Content

Game content packs are licensed for personal, non-commercial play. The CHAOS software, content, and brand remain the property of their owner.

6. Availability

CHAOS is provided "as is" without warranties. Online features depend on our servers, which may change or be interrupted.
